Programs and Payment Options
CMA Healthcare serves individuals in Broward County enrolled in the Florida Medicaid Long-term Care Program, also called the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-term Care (SMMC LTC) Program. CMA Healthcare works with Sunshine Health Plan, Humana, and Simply Healthcare. We also accept long-term care insurance and private pay.
Our support professionals meet competency standards required by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), the Department of Elder Affairs, and the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD). CMA Healthcare works closely with case managers, waiver support coordinators, families, and case management agencies to ensure each individual receives the best possible support.
